Second phase of the noble project of CCH National Outreach Program is inaugurated today by the honorable Muhammad Rafiq Rajwana, governor of Punjab.
To improve the selectability of boys from under-developed regions of Pakistan for Cadet College Hasanabdal’s national merit, a pilot Out-Reach Program was conducted at CCH last year during the Summer Break). However, the overall aim is much beyond the selection for Hasanabdal; it is to inspire them into the national mainstream, and to motivate them to compete for all, not just CCH, national institutions.
“Cadet College Hasanabdal Outreach Program is just a drop in the ocean, it can very well trigger a chain reaction, leading to the development and mainstreaming of these areas”, the governor said in his inaugural speech.
This year, CCH Outreach Program is being conducted from 21 June to 17 Aug 2018 and include 48 boys from remote areas of Pakistan.
3 from Peshawar/Bannu, 12 from Sibbi/Quetta/Ziarat, 24 from Gilgit/Skardu, 6 from FATA, 4 from Muzaffarabad are participating in this 2 month program.
