Cadets at the President’s House

On February 22, 2017 a group of 106 senior Cadets of class XII along with the Principal and some staff members visited the President House in Islamabad to spend a day with the worthy President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
The Cadets and the staff were warmly welcomed on reaching the Presidency after which they attended a formal ceremony presided by his Excellency, President Mamnoon Hussain. The ceremony began with the recitation from the Holy Quran by Cadet Ameel Bin Faisal followed by the opening speech of the Cadet Captain Muhammad Uzair Niazi. In his speech the Cadet Captain expressed his feelings of excitement and gratitude to the President on behalf of all the Cadets and the staff.
A formal Question/Answer session was arranged in which the Cadets asked a number of questions related to prevailing situation in the country, international affairs, and the personal life of the President.
The President also expressed his feelings about the Cadets and the impact of the College on their lives. The interest and keenness of the President was evident from his encouraging comments on the various observations about the Cadets.
On completion of the ceremony the cadets and the staff had group photographs with the President after which they were served with a sumptuous meal in the banquet hall. Every bit of the occasion was full of learning, excitement and pride for each visitor. The President advised the guests to visit a very unique gallery of Quaid-e-Azam in the President’s House.
At the end the Principal thanked the President on such a generous response to his request of visiting the Presidency. The President also expressed his feelings of pleasure and kindness on meeting the young smart Cadets and departed with good wishes to the Cadets. After the meal the guests visited the gallery of the Quaid and then left the Presidency with extremely elevated feelings pride and gratitude.
